However, I have to disagree with Leisureguy (above)as I too at a time thought that Salba and Chia were the same but they are not. Salba is grown under different conditions and is scientifically tested to contain what it says it contains. Chia seeds unfortunately, although still good are not the same in terms of their purity and nutritional value.</description>
