Oprah works out five days a week, spending 30 minutes on the threadmill and doing free weights. <p>Hi, I&#8217;m a mother of three wonderful children, 2 boys ages 21 and 23, and a beautiful daughter age 20. Thank goodness they&#8217;re all in college now, which makes all my grey hair worth it.</p>
<p>My pregnancy story begins on a very rocky road, that, if it weren&#8217;t for my husbands strength, compassion and level headedness, I don&#8217;t think I would&#8217;ve been able to get through it.</p>
<p>We married young and being from the era when starting a family was immediately expected right after the wedding vows, I was crazy with distress when I didn&#8217;t become pregnant within the first 6 months of our nuptials. My husband wasn&#8217;t too worried and tried to relieve my concerns, but unfortunately to no avail.</p>
<p>I started to become frantic that something was medically wrong, so I dragged my new husband to our family physician to physically check us both out.</p>
<p>Reluctantly, my husband agreed to all the various fertility tests our physician recommended we take, to rule out anything serious and when all was said and done, after our physician reviewed all of the tests, he concluded nothing was wrong and that we were absolutely healthy, but if we wanted some information on fertility procedures, he would be more than willing to counsel us on those matters.</p>
<p>My doctors recommendation did not squelch my concerns, in fact, it made me even more upset, I wanted a natural pregnancy, so I did some holistic research of my own, and what I found out on my own eased my tensions regarding how to get pregnant.</p>

<p>After my last pregnancy I was so glad I took the time to research a natural way to pregnancy, instead of the invasive procedure they have out on the market today, not that I&#8217;m knocking any medical procedures that could possibly help a couple to conceive a child when no other way can help them.
